The Founder Story
Most people meet Shweta as a master coach. Few know it started in an engineering team meeting room , where the smartest person in the room kept losing their idea to the loudest one.
The Engineer
Shweta began her career as an Engineer in the tech industry. While working with brilliant technical teams, she kept seeing the same gap repeat itself , strong technical skills, but missing communication, presence, and human skills.
The Quiet Pivot
She started taking on coaching, training, and L&D projects on the side , for friends, juniors, founders. Word of mouth spread. The work that drained her energy was code; the work that gave her energy was people.
Officially Becoming a Coach
While still working professionally, Shweta officially launched her coaching practice in 2019. Side-by-side, she trained, certified herself globally, and built a portfolio of leaders, professionals, and founders she partnered with after hours and on weekends.
ProImpact is Born
What started as one-to-one coaching grew into ProImpact People Solutions , a home for coaching, consulting, training, counselling, certifications, AI + human skills, and corporate experiences.

Founded by Indranil Sikder, Communication Coach & Trainer, the platform hosts storytelling sessions, communication events, speaking labs, and voice expression workshops that leave a mark.
Indranil’s journey is a story of bold reinvention. With a Master’s degree in Biology, he chose to step away from the lab and into the world of human expression , discovering that the real frontier wasn’t cells, but voices. Today, as a Communication Trainer & Coach, he helps professionals across India and the world find clarity, courage, and the ability to be heard.
