Physical products (books, journals, merchandise)
- Return window: 7 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Damaged in transit: Email a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
- Refund timeline: Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: Size/colour exchanges on apparel are free within the 7-day window.
Online courses & digital products
- 7-day money-back guarantee from purchase date if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
- Once a certificate is issued, the course is non-refundable.
Coaching & consulting engagements
- Unused, pre-paid sessions are refundable up to 7 days after the engagement starts.
- Customised corporate programs follow the cancellation terms in your signed proposal.
